In this class we will be exploring a powerful combination of kundalini energy and non-duality. Kundalini is our life force, often symbolized as a coiled serpent at the base if the spine.

Non-duality means ”not two” and refers to resting as our awareness - that part of us often called the observer, the witness, or consciousness, the one observing the experience.

The energy supports the release of energetic and emotional blockages, allowing it to flow freely throughout the body. During a session, as the energy is activated you may experience a range of sensations - spontaneous movements, visions, physical sensations and emotional releases.

This process helps us connect deeply with our intuition, enhances our capacity to feel, and creates a sense of ”coming home”.
