The teacher:
Yoga has been with Vera since she was in college but it was with motherhood that made her curious to explore and be more connected to her practice.
Vera wants to share her experience using the different techniques from Vinyasa Yoga & Ayurveda, Yogastrology, Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing, bringing wellness into her students daily life.
Vera speaks from the heart in every class, empowering her students to connect to their body, flowing through the movements and their breath. She wants to help bring harmony, peace and balance to her students, supporting them through their own practice, even beyond the mat.
She believes yoga is for everyone, independent of their background or experience.
