This is your invitation to uncover your innate power and align with the creational energy of early springtime. Goddess In Bloom is a supportive space for women to nurture the divine feminine - the goddess within and tend to the fertile soil inside us so that we can move into the next season feeling inspired, nurtured, renewed and full of vitality. 

This is for women seeking a deeper connection with their body and feminine power. We will dive into ourselves, connect with our truth, express ourselves through different practices, yoga, and creativity.

Being a Goddess is not about being perfect.. quite the opposite, we lift ourselves up by going deeper, facing our denied aspects, and discover radical self-love.

What to expect:

• Women’s sharing circle with ceremonial cacao

• Feminine Yoga Flow

• Delicious vegan snacks/lunch

• Grounding earth altar ceremony

• Guided Self-Love meditation, with room for journaling, reflection and deep rest at the end.

Bring with you:

☽ Comfortable clothes that are easy to move in, e.g. your favorite yoga tights or soft pants, kimono or similar.

☽ Drinking bottle

☽ Yoga mat, or borrow from us

☽ Notebook and pen

☽ A crystal if you have or a sacred little thing for our earth altar ceremony (it can be a stone, jewelry, a talisman)

This yoga class is created to provided a beautifull supportive, loving space for you to move freely trough your practice without judgements. The music and  yoga poses are beautifully combined to take you on a journey of discovery with your soul, body and heart. Whether you're seeking spiritual guidance, relaxation, or a deeper connection with yourself and the world, a warm cup of cacao is the answer. Join the ancient tradition and experience the magic for yourself.

Made with organic and certified ceremonial cacao from Colombia.

-Earth Altar-

Earth altars are often created with elements from nature in circular designs, and they hold profound symbolism. They represent natures wisdom, an harmonious blend of energies and have since the ancient times been used as a sacred ritual for meditation and self-reflection. As we craft our altar we enter a meditative state, grounding ourselves to mother earth and aligning our energies with her elements.
