Welcome to our Meditation Workshop with Mirelle from Soul Sound Meditation!

Week 1 – The Power of Breath in meditation (21.8.24)

Breathing is a basic and vital bodily function and there are countless of ways to breathe that can provide clear lungs, clarity of mind, energised bodies, a calm soul and much more that may serve you. Try our meditation with focus on breath in our 6 week course!

Week 2 – How affirmations can change your life (28.8.24)

What we say to others and ourselves has an impact on how we feel and how we can thrive. Let your words uplift you and fill you with love, connection and strength. You hold that power, and through meditation we can practice just how powerful affirmations can be. Try Affirmations meditation in our 6 week course!

Week 3 – Body Awareness and Relaxation Practice (4.9.24)

Our bodies are constantly helping us be and do whatever it is we want to accomplish in life. The importance of going inwards and giving our bodies time to relax and find peace, is what we want for this session. We all need relaxation from time to time. Try Body awareness and relaxation in our 6 week course!

Week 4 – Connect and release with the full moon (11.9.24)

Have you tried to channel your energy with the fullness of the full moon, letting go of what no longer serves you and together with the moon moving into the new phase ahead? Well, you can in our 6 week course! 

Week 5 – Breathwork (18.9.24)

The difference in this meditation and the first class with the power of breath, will be the breathing excersises and techniques that we use. Here we will dive even deeper into the world of breathowork and meditation. Try Breathwork in our 6 week course!

Week 6 – Healing is an important part of life (25.9.24)

Connect to your inner self, listen to what you need at this time, find relaxation and calm by letting go and healing old trauma. Its time to heal whatever big or small trauma might be hiding deep down. Try Healing meditation in our 6 week course!

Mirelle’s approach to meditation is to make it available for everyone. She first began meditation as a young child, but it was first in her twenties that she discovered how beneficial and important it would be for her life. Mirelle is the founder of Soul Sound Meditation, with a mission to create a safe space for you to release your mind, gain self compassion and listen to the sound of your soul. You can also meditate with Mirelle in the app «Insight Timer» as one of their own certified Meditation Teachers. Mirelle was born and raised in England, and this workshop will be taught in English.
