Welcome to an intimate and transformative Breathwork experience for your body and soul.

In this workshop, we will work on strengthening our relationship with our own body and inner wisdom. We start the workshop with a short conversation about what we are here to do together, and what you can expect and possibly experience before you are guided through various practices followed by an active and powerful breathwork experience. This specific breathwork pattern is an active meditation technique that allows you to connect with your breath and clear stuck energy in the body and mind. It allows you to feel where your blocks reside and actively move through them, creating a portal for deeper personal connection and healing. We end the class with reflection and integration. Throughout the workshop, you will be encouraged to work with and listen to your own body, and Ingunn will also invite you along the way to listen more deeply.

Breathwork is like a journey home, home to who you really are. Out of all the thoughts and stories and back to the body and your own inner wisdom. This is your invitation to actively meet yourself where you are and take a step closer to your authentic self.

Things worth knowing

This is a workshop that is open to anyone and everyone who is open to this type of experience. However, if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, have high blood pressure, have cardiovascular problems, or are taking antipsychotic medication, please consult your doctor first. It is not recommended to eat a heavy meal at least one hour before attending class. Please refrain from any mind-altering substances within the last 24 hours of attending the workshop. 

What to bring (optional)

  • Besides an open heart and an open mind, these are some optional things for you to bring to the workshop:

  • yoga mat (you can also use one of ours)

  • warm and comfortable clothes

  • eye pillow, scarf, or sweater to cover the eyes and block out any light and distractions

  • water bottle 

  • pen and paper to record any downloads and insights at the end

This event is 90 minutes, but please allow for 10 minutes extra for sharing at the end of our session.
